The VITAL steering team meets on a quarterly basis.

Steering Team from selected leadership areas formed to establish baseline data and provide perspective on furthering initiatives with VITAL program. First meeting held AUGUST 18th, 2011 at Coleman in Conference Room 211.

Advising Initiatives

1. Provide training to improve faculty knowledge, skills, and abilities in student advising
2. Coordinate the HCC VITAL program for mentoring incoming freshmen
3. Facilitate systematic improvements in faculty advising for first and second year students
